With over 35 years professional experience, David Barrington Ltd offers a wide array
of services ranging from building surveying, structural surveys and defect reports to
interior design, measured surveys, EPCs and producing high quality CAD drawings.

We have done extensive work for a wide variety of Clients in various sectors,
nationwide and across Europe ranging from domestic properties to high specification
commercial properties. We have done work for some of the largest businesses and
companies in the UK and have completed major projects from designing new offices,
working with sensitive items and designing a suitable habitat for them to assisting
with renovation of buildings and making them structural sound.

As Environmental Consultants, we take our responsibility to help preserve the
environment very seriously. We are always looking for suitable alternatives to ensure
that the work we do has a positive effect on the environment, without taking away
from the quality and visual effect of the final project outcome.

Energy Performance Certificates are an effective method of assisting landlords,
tenants, businesses and homeowners to do their bit for the environment by reducing
the carbon footprint of their property which can help them to reduce their bills and
ultimately save them money. All properties that are on the market require an EPC
before that can be sold. As commercial EPC assessors, we visit each property and
ensure that the EPC is completed before the property is placed on the market.

Being a small yet well established business allows us to give our Clients the time and
dedication they deserve to achieve the best results and ensure they come back time
and time again.

communication is key to a successful project. We listen to our Clients need and work

Becoming a Chartered Building Consultancy, one of approximately 200 worldwide,
was a very important moment for us, as it meant that the work and time we had
dedicated to our business had paid off and that the passion, determination and
enthusiasm that we have for the work we do had been recognised.
